BioMy name is Havana and I am eighteen-year-old otaku and anime paraphernalia makes me weak in the knees. I love animation in general and am an artist myself. My drawing style is heavily influenced by anime to western animation and swings back and forth between the two. I get nostalgic easily, especially for 90s cartoons and Disney flicks. I love cinematography and photography, but remain only a spectator.
I listen to music of all varieties, from techno to rock to pop to rap to flamenco to opera and the list goes on. Reading is another favorite pastime that I wish I had more time to do, although admittedly, I am very picky about what to read. I love to learn about everything but my strongest intellectual interests include social sciences such as psychology, sociology, anthropology, and especially gender studies.
Though I can be a cynicist, I am a humanitarian and believe that there is undoubtedly good in all people. I hate racism and homophobia and find discrimination abominable. I am a Buddhist, although not as rigorously as I was in sophomore year.
